Fire Awareness and Fire Warden Training
This course will ensure that those nominated for Fire Warden (alternatively named Fire Marshal) are confident in their abilities to perform the role. In addition to a greater understanding about fire causes and impact, relevant aspects of fire safety and implementation are also covered.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that “workers receive appropriate training on procedures they need to follow, including fire drills.”
In addition, information and instruction should also be provided to all employees regarding fire safety. A course designed to provide awareness of general fire safety can also be provided to assist with this requirement.
